Advertising We will place your rental on multiple sites. The sites are proven effective and range from small local sites to major search sites.The majority of inquiries come from right here in Georgia, but, extend to Florida, the Carolina's, Louisianna, and, during Holiday Season, families from as far as California,Ohio andPennsylvania! We've had quite a wide visitor response. And when we give them the getaway they hoped for - they return and send friends and family to us.
Housekeeping. Immediately following a rental, we enter the property and completely clean the entire house. When the next guest arrives...it's ready!All owners are fully responsible for making sure that there are ample towels, linens and fully furnished kitchen for guests. Von Stecher's supplies all cleaning solutions, household and laundry. The owner must supply reliable washer and dryer inside each unit.
Reservations. Von Stecher's recieves inquiries via phone and email.All contacts are responded to personally and promptly. Most guests already know which unit they want and have checked the online calendars, so they're ready to pay when they contact us! Payment methods are by credit card only. We will accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. No personal checks are allowed. If a reservation is made far in advance, may accept money orders.
All totals are paid in full at the moment the reservations are made - We do not use the deposit method like most others do.Von Stecher's does not accept cancellations or make refunds to travelers. We will allow (with minimum 5 day notice) a rescheduled reservation. This has worked very well for us in the past, as reservations are more solid and guests know for certain they'll be there.
Each property gets it's own webpage! Once we have personally viewed the property, received a signed agreement, and the property is fully furnished and prepared-We will construct your webpage with full details and photo 's and a personal availability calendar. After your approval, your property will be online and ready for visitors!When visitor's are ready, they contact Von Stecher's and the reservation is made. Once this is completed, the owner is notified via email, with details.
We also offer discounts for multiple properties and if you advertise your unit on a proven high ranking site, we'll talk reimbursments! Von Stecher's Mountain Rentals will break down barriors between owners and potential guests in an effort to bring our clients a better return on their investments while paying a lower fee for management services and keeping the highest possible standards of services.
